Key Activities of the Executive Board (Phase A)
- Ensure security is in place and working
- Oversee maintenance activities in common areas, like elevator maintenance, pipe leakage etc.
- Liaison with the promoter to clear up pending issues
- Ensure peace and happiness of residents
- Ensure tank cleaning on a periodic basis
- Ensure garbage disposal is done by a sweeper on a regular basis
- Manage conflicts and issues
- Ensure Association gets a social media exposure to connect with owners located abroad
- Conduct events on the premises while ensuring it does not cause issues for anyone
- Ensure fund collection and deal with issues related to defaulted payments
