Before I end this piece, I wish to thank our treasurer Mr Jyoti Kumar who has been doing a tremendous job since taking over. Trust me, friends, it is not easy to do this job for which there is zero incentive and it is very hard to keep one-self motivated. He is a busy man but that did not stop him from giving his best.
I also would thank our President Mr. Ashok Aggarwal, who has been very active since taking over and has overseen many of the work that we have done so far.

What did we achieve in August' 2017? It's good to introspect and see.
Summary:
Here is a summary of what we did.
- We have been collecting old dues. Thanks once again to all of you who heartily supported us. We could not have done this without you. Please keep supporting us.
- We thank all of you who supported us with the enhanced maintenance rate. Thanks for keeping your trust on us!
- We have done the monthly AMC on the elevator so any faults can be fixed sooner.
- We paid the June' 2017 electric bill for the mother meter (total in excess of 10K).
- We celebrated Independence Day for the first time here. You can read more about this event on this link. For those who missed out, no worries, this is just the start of many events to come.
- We thank our promoter Mr. Susanta Biswas who affixed the main gate and have assured us that he would be completing rest of the external work by end of this month.
- We met with all shop-owners on the ground floor, listened to their pain points and requested them to be a part of our association so we can solve all our problems unitedly and work towards building this society.
